I saw that moveie about him. Woody Harrilson played him. I feel some sympathy for his difficult life and the tragic loss of his girlfriend. But, he's so tasteless sometimes. Since,he's the Publisher and approves of what he prints. I can't understand why he had a cover on one issue with a woman upside down in a meatgrinder. That's disgusting, subhuman & insane.

Larry Claxton Flynt, Jr. (born November 1, 1942) is an American publisher, the head of Larry Flynt Publications (LFP).

LFP mainly produces pornographic content, including videos and magazines, with Hustler being the best known. The company has an annual turnover of around $150 million. Over the course of his life, Larry Flynt has taken part in several legal battles involving the First Amendment, and has run for public office a number of times. He suffers from bipolar disorder and is paralyzed from the waist down due to an assassination attempt.

Born in Magoffin County, Kentucky near Salyersville to Larry Claxton and Edith (Arnett) Flynt, he spent his childhood in poverty. Flynt attended the public schools in Salyersille, but not beyond grade school. His mother divorced his alcoholic father when Flynt was ten, and he moved to Indiana with his mother. Flynt joined the US Army in 1958 at only fifteen, leaving after barely a year. He then joined the Navy in 1959 and served on the USS Enterprise. Flynt left the Navy in 1964 and began working in a General Motors factory in Dayton, Ohio. He opened the first Hustler Club--a strip club--in Dayton in 1970. Other clubs soon followed in Columbus, Toledo, Akron, and Cleveland. Flynt started his magazine Hustler in July 1974 and Chic for women.

Howard Stern, Hugh Hefner, and Larry Flint would all be considered lecherous old men if it were not for their millions and worldwide fame.

this is not any diverse than reward signs and indicators published throughout my city. the residing house around the corner has one. It says that a reward is provided for the seize of somebody in charge for robbery or vandalism to the valuables. i individually do no longer see the version, different than Mr. Flynt is offering extensively greater funds than Farmer's insurance. the final analysis is that the two are offering a reward for info superior to the arrest of a crimminal.

I DON'T CARE FOR WHAT HE DOES BUT HE'S JUST EXERCISING HIS RIGHTS. I ADMIT SOME OF HIS WORK IS VERY DISTASTEFUL BUT IT SELLS! I ENJOYED HIS MOVIE VERY MUCH. WOODY HARRELSON DID A SUPERB JOB!

AS FOR HUGH HEFNER. HIS OLD A@@ IS NO BETTER. HE ACTUALLY DISGUST ME MORE LAYING IN THAT MANSION WITH ABOUT 20 GIRLS YOUNG ENOUGH TO BE HIS GRANDDAUGHTERS!! HE IS NO BETTER THAN FLYNT.
