If you are already an excellent swimmer in perfect physical condition, that would be quite hard. Otherwise... those are short distances, requiring power, which you can get from weight training or using elastics, since you don't have much time. Do you have access to a Vasa Training machine? If you're talking about short course, turns are crucial. In the weight room, use the leg press to improve your push off the wall. You don't have time for radical stroke changes. First advise: make sure that you have a good competition body suit. I dropped a lot of seconds when I first got one.
Breast:
On the breaststroke turn, you are now allowed an undulation - when that became legal, I took 2 seconds off my short course 100 Br. Have you mastered the new pull out ? For the other 2 seconds, work on increased frequency. And learn to negative split. Set: 10 broken 100s : take 5 sec between each 50. The 2nd 50 has to be 5 sec faster than the 1st. Take a good rest between each 100, since you're doing this at race pace. (1.5 months before a compet you should be working on speed and not so much endurance)
Free:
Use the leg machines in your local weight room to strengthen your thighs and kick like hell for the whole race. Do lots of sets of 50's free, kicking like a madman so that it burns, and give your self plenty of rest between each. Try to increase arm frequency too, but only if you can do it without losing stroke quality (weights/elastics/Vasa helps). Concentrate on the line at the bottom of the pool. This will keep your head in the right position, the axis of your body straight, and prevent you from veering left or right.

What are your times now? is it short or longcourse?
Make sure you dive out strong in both events. Ensure your br start is perfect and you glide correctly. Practise turns. Know how many br strokes you do before you turn from the flags and make sure you get a good push off everytime you touch the wall. And just keep working technique and train hard. Eat properly too and stop drinking alcohol completely for the time and having late nights.
Good luck!
