because the internet is international huge. in reality a lot might want to be executed because no longer all international places outlaw toddler porn. The U.S. has outlawed it yet you may nonetheless receive it from internet sites in different international places. If the fellow right here in the U.S. receives stuck downloading they are many times despatched to reformatory yet our guidelines do no longer pertain to internet sites originated in different international places, the U.S. (no matter if GW Bush needs to admit it or no longer) doesn't have jurisdiction over the entire international.

Because the internet is world wide. Only so much can be done because not all countries outlaw child porn. The U.S. has outlawed it but one can still download it from sites in other countries. If the person here in the U.S. gets caught downloading they can be sent to prison but our laws do not pertain to sites originated in other countries, the U.S. (whether GW Bush wants to admit it or not) Doesn't have jurisdiction over the entire world.

Unfortunately, I think it's available because the pornographers know that people will buy it. It's despicable.
Many governmental bodies have laws against it. I think those laws should be better enforced.
