Male celebrity, you say? In terms of number of advertisements, it's a tie between actor Piolo Pascual and boxer Manny Pacquiao with Pinoy Big Brother alumni Sam Milby coming in a close second. Their billboards and commercials are all over the place, from Aparri to Jolo.
Some say Richard Gutierrez is also up there but his ads are quite few despite his commercial appeal.
The hottest Male Model at the moment is Rocky Salumbides, in my own opinion. If I'm not mistaken, he's the first and only Filipino model who has made it big in international runways because of his Filipino bronzed-god looks. In terms of local endorsement, however, Brent Javier is definitely the hottest. (He has yet to conquer the international circuit, though.)
In conclusion, if you roll it into one, PIOLO PASCUAL appears to be the HOTTEST MALE MODEL/ACTOR/CELEBRITY IN THE PHILIPPINES right now.
