Well some cars drive on the other side to us, in england we drive on the right but in lots of other countries they drive on the left. Thats all i can think of

Well,Think about this....If you are living in a foreign country, would your regular car be foreign to me since I am living in a foreign country. And since I consider my regular car regular, can you call it a foreign. Makes about as much sense as your question...huh?
