How car foreign cars different from regular cars?

Well some cars drive on the other side to us, in england we drive on the right but in lots of other countries they drive on the left. Thats all i can think of

Well,Think about this....If you are living in a foreign country, would your regular car be foreign to me since I am living in a foreign country. And since I consider my regular car regular, can you call it a foreign. Makes about as much sense as your question...huh?

They are made in a foreign country? But that is just a guess.
