Yes it is only common sense. And if you have a little fake spare, buy a full sized one. And if your car has little toy tools to change that spare...get rid of those knuckle busters and buy a real star type lug wrench and get a real jack to go underneath your car...And perhaps a jack stand too. SAFETY FIRST!!!! A good flash light. And a couple of flairs.....

ALWAYS have a spare.
Sh!t happens. You never know when you'll need it.
When you do get a spare, make sure you have the equipment needed
when changing a flat. No sense of buying a spare if you don't have equipment.
And always have a flashlight as well.

driving without a spare in the car is as bad as taking a dump and knowing you didnt have any toilet paper....lol...it can be a really messy situation especialy if you could have taken some precaution to carry one with you.
