Why would a carburetor keep getting blocked?

Sounds like there is sedement and trash in the fuel filter, line, and more than likely the fuel tank. Especialy if you find yourself having to reclean the carb out all of the time.

Junk in the fuel tank,clean out and fit new fuel filters.
