Does anyone know a law in California that prohibits this? If so, please name your source :)

Cosmetologists must not leave their customers unfinished because they are deemed to finish their work under the law.

I don't believe it is against the law leaving you with chemicals in your hair but you can seek damages IF she forgot about you and in doing so ruined your hair ( i.e. caused chemical burns or severe damae to your hair) and if it causes a loss of revenue or jobs where your hair was specifically important i.e. shampoo comercial or modelling actingetc. YOu can also seek emotional damages as for many women if they lose their hair it can be quite a shock to the system

Are you serious. Did they actually leave the building? If not, I don't think you have a case.
