Depends on the state you are in and the contract you had in place. For example in California it is an at will state so you can be fired without cause. If there is a verbal understanding or contract in place that would be a different circumstance. Perhaps you should find an exotic club that also doubles as a political forum.

Yes. Even if she is an independent contractor the club that hired has the right to regulate what she can and cannot do at the business establishment she chose to contract with.

I'm sure she can sue....so long as she did not outspokenly express those views in a way that harmed the club (i.e. upset a customer with them)

you can be fired for any reason. You can also sue for any reason.
