It is quite an art to write such programmes, you obviously don't have enough knowledge of this skill or the operating systems you wish to attack.
If you are not already a high level programmer, then you need to be! There are a lot of very high level people working against you, you cannot just pick it up from a website in five minutes.
and if they catch you, well don't ask us for help.

Creating a virus is rather immature. Rather like kids phoning the fire brigade or ambulance service just for fun. Computers are used in nearly every walk of life and if you screw them up, you could suffer the consequences just as much as anyone else. It could even cost the life of yourself, a friend or relative. Not very sensible is it!

Why would you want to have sex with a virus? That's just sick. The proper term is "to make a virus" or "to write a virus program." Doing a virus is just wrong.

It will take a lot more work than someone just telling you quickly here how to do it. You will need to do a lot of reading on programming. Writing a virus isnt much different than any other computer program.

Stick to Graffiti and other vandalism - the victims usually stop short of violence.

You need to learn to program first! Not just any language either! Viruses tend to be written in C/C++ or (more likley) assembly.
