Take a bat or largley wooden or metal object and well... make yourself see birds?

Hi.
By now you are probably asleep so I hope the sound of this email coming in doesnt wake you up.
Not much good tossing and turning in bed... so get up..... go for a wlak... yes, even at 3am...... then a drink of warm milk.... then try to snooze til you need to get up. Even try turning on the CD player with some gentle music.
Have a healthy breakfast.. cereal, toast, fruit, etc.....and a coffee.
To get through the day make sure you have lots of snacks and take frequent breaks if you can. Snacking all day will recharge those depleted batteries.
Have a light dinner tonight and go to bed early with a good book and try to relax before turning off the light.
Sounds like you need to include some gentle exercise in your daily routine...... fit it in somewhere... even lunchtime.

Your body really needs to sleep. However, even if you cannot go to sleep it helps just to relax. Lie down, and starting with your toes, imagine your muscles relaxing. Slowly as you feel them begin to relax, move your way up your body, taking time to concentrate on each muscle. Once your body has realxed, just lie still with your eyes closed and let your mind drift. This will help to clear your head. Also, apples will help to give you energy and keeps your mind more alert than caffiene so take a couple slices to snack on if you can!

well u can make it if you get at least 2hrs of sleeping and you get a big breakfast and you just pop in the energy drinks like water youll be able to holdup(thats what i do) and trust me, youll have no trouble sleeping tonight.

well...keep yourself hydrated...taking cofee is the classical way to stay awake but it can cause you dehydration.so keep dehydrated...have a boost of vitamin c...eat fruits...
