A summer camp movie from the 80's. It's about in the movie there is a big argument and they split the camp up into two teams. A blue team and a red team. and they have compete to see who is the king of the camp. Any Ideas???

Also in the movie they were in a canoe race and the girl runs into a guy that everyone thought was a killer, but, he was a painter that lived in the woods. The painter guy paints with an axe. It also had the stereotypical fat kid that had hidden treats everywhere. Bits and pieces are coming back.
