My dad is thinking of retiring and moving down there. ive been there alot and would love it if they move there. Does anybody know what a decent size home is going for. I heard its in the $80,000 but im not sure.

start here.. for reference. ensenada is lovely but do your homework before buying, many things are restricted to non-mexican citizens living in mexico.

The real estate market in the Ensenada area has skyrocketed in the last year. There are a number of realtors online and you can check prices, see photos of homes. Use "real estate ensenada" as search words and you'll find a dozen or more sites.
