I think it should be cancelled or at least have a totally different panel of judges. Maybe some of the contestants are no good but,
Who died and made Simon God? If Satan had a sidekick, it would be Abdul...I have lost all respect I ever had for her.
And who's that 3rd guy? Reminds me of the "extra" on the old Star Trek episodes who gets killed off.
The whole show has devolved into a sad joke.

I have never watched the show, I just get "updates" from the news and friends who do watch it.

Simon is humiliating the contestants more and more because it boosts rating, which in turn brings in a lot of commercials and money to the network. Sadly, this also reflects how sick the audiences, or a lot of Americans are. Don't blame it all on Simon, without the demand from audiences, there would not be a supply like American Idol.

I don't watch Idol anymore. I'm disgusted by the way the judges treat the auditioners, they're all stepping on other people's dreams? So what if they suck? They don't need to be judged by their looks. They are there to be judged by their singing, but these judges are definitely not professional. Very sad.

You have never watched the show? Then you should stop giving it bad criticisms. If you actually watch it, you might just love it. And your friends who hate it probably don't watch it either. They are probably just condemning the show because they had nothing better to do than to defame others.
