wHEN i TURN ON THE PLUG AND PRESS THE POWER button in my CPU and later on turn on the monitor's button,then after a second in the monitor,there is written that the signal cannot be detected.What does that mean n what sud I do,pls help me to solve my problem pls

Make sure the cable connecting your monitor is secured to the video port at the back of your PC.

Trace the cable on the back of the monitor and ensure it is properly plugged into the back side of your PC.

Check your video cable in the back of the PC, make sure it is plugged in firmly.

If not, then you may have an issue with your video card, or the drivers.

Simple. The signal cord between the tower and monitor is either unconnected, loose, or shorted out.

first check monitor plug to computer, next if you have hit or move it the ram could be lose or bad. check hard drive. and the worst case witch is highly possible bad system board.
