it doesn't actually minimize them but it gives the impression that it does when you wear it.

I tried bare minerals and was very displeased with the results, I felt like it made my blemishes more apparent. I then tried Sheer Cover mineral makeup and I LOVE IT! It is so wonderful. It feels like you're not wearing any makeup at all and it covers so well. I have large pores and very uneven skin tone, and the occasional blemish, and it covers it all. It comes with the concealer and the mineral makeup. They work so well together. I won't buy anything else.
Man I should be on the infomercial.

yes and yes...
i use to use liquid foundation and found i would breakout lots and my face would always look oily.
foundation with minerals actually help repair any problems you may have had with your skin e.g scars acne and skin pigmentation. and i think they work way better than normal stuff and you can leave it on overnight if you have to.
i would recommended the one i use
jane iredale
pressed powder
its retails around about $80-$90 but last long and you dont need much.
(when people have had cosmetic surgery on their faces this is the brand cosmetic doctors recommended.)

omg.
bare minerals
sucked for me.
it made my pore look 20times larger
and it made me look wrinkly
and i dont have any wrinkles
its a total waste of money
i say u try
clinique's Perfectly Real Compact Makeup
it hide everything
and doesnt make you look FAKE

I thought it was a total waste of $$$.
It made me look tired and old. (I'm neither.)
Everyone kept asking if I was sick!

i didnt find that to be true. in fact i didnt like it because i didnt get good coverage. but thats just me.

I think it makes them appear larger! (It also makes wrinkles more apparent!) :(
