Good thing u asked, i happen to be a "pro". akuma/gouki, ill call him gouki. here r his moves:

gou hadouken=qcf(quarter O frwrd)+punch
zankuu hadouken=(in air)qcf+punch
gou shoryuken=fwd,dwn,dwnfwd+punch
tatsumaki zankuukyaku=qcb+kick
air tatsumaki zankuukyaku=(in air)qcb+kick
ashura senkuu=fwd,dwn,dwnfwd/bck,dwn,dwnbck+PPP(far)/KKK(close)
shun goku satsu=(must hav special meter filled to max)
LowP,LowP,fwd,LowK,HighP
kongoukoku retsuzan=(sp full)dwn,dwn,dwn +PPP

Gouki is best suited for far cheaps and going in close after cross-ups and doing power play. ashura senkuu can dodge projectiles and kongoukoku retsuzan, when timed well, can protect against shun goku satsu. He can juggle and has nice hair.

P.S. gouki has another "hadouken"=hcb(half circle bck)+punch.
And check out this website: It has movelists and colours for all fighters including Gill (he's under Yang's picture) Go Street Fighter Forever!!!!!!!!!

IIIIIIII LOOOOOOOOOOVE GOUKIIII!!!!(I'm not GAY!)

I think you need a walkthrough for the game, gamefaqs is great for that, i have used it a lot and always works,

A great way to learn to use akuma is playing a lot with ryu (do not use ken) because the flow of the movements is almost the same and their strength is kinda of similar, what becomes different with akuma is the speed and the range of hits he has, but if you become a ryu's master akuma will be just normal for you, sometimes even boring
