Any alteration in your health condition could cause having no periods called amenorrhea. Not having balanced required body nutrition can also cause missing your period. Some medication could also be a cause. I would say there is hormonal imbalance going on in your body for some reasons. Eating a well balanced diet everyday would be good enough to resolve your anemia if it is caused by insufficient iron. Eat more of protein rich foods and green vegetables, some liver, and have at least 3 boiled eggs weekly. The best advise I could tell you though is see a doctor for proper assessment and advise. Take care.

Anemia is not the cause. Absence of periods is called amenorrhea. Usually 5 or 6 months will be needed to see if ur period comes. Only then will investigations need 2 be carried out. There are a variety of causes. If it's not due 2 stress then it could be either from ur ovaries (like the polycystic ovarian syndrome) or uterus(pelvic TB, Asherman's syndrome), drug-induced or even due to endocrine causes such as thyroid problems. Consult ur doc after 5-6 months if u r not pregnant / breastfeeding/menopausal.

Well what are the other possible causes? Are you stressed out all the time? Are you a virgin or have you had sex within the past month? Do you have anemia or are you guessing you have anemia?

Anemia is caused by low iron in the blood, not blood loss. I'm not sure exactly what the correct answer to your question is but it could be a possbility. You should maybe take your pills and see a doctor. Good luck.

No. Anemia is caused by loss of blood. If you haven't had your periods, you are 99% not anemic. You should see a doctor to figure out what's going on.
