what is the average of men being abused by woman? have you experienced this? how does it make you feel?

My wife has seriously tried to beat me up. It was odd and unexpected. I just tried to restrain myself from getting angry at her and fighting back. Once she settled down, I gave her a hug. She was mad at me because I wouldn't cuddle her. I don't remember why I wouldn't cuddle though.

I worked for years in the field of violence against women and every so often a man would call about being abused by his wife. Frequently the violence was the result of her having been violated over time and finally not being able to take it any more... sometimes it was self-defence-- and rarely the man was just "an innocent bystander" who looked like an abuser from her past. It's never right for anybody to abuse anybody else. If men want to end violence (and the stats show that men are most often to be victims of violence by other men) they have to come forward and start making the changes happen.

Id say a small amount, about 2 %. Mostly black men get abused by women. Usually because the man doesn't work, and the woman is usually a very large woman with a bossy attitude. Ive even seen this very large black woman kick the crap out of her husband and even give him a black eye. He doesn't work and is always drunk and she is a garbage woman. She drives the truck and lifts large cans like nothing. A real bruiser. She looks like Mr. T!

It can happen and it does happen. Quickly get over it and start a new relationship. Chalk it up as a learning experience. Quickly get over it and start fresh in another relationship. It's health for your mind and body!
