Date of when international currency began.

Not sure what you mean, but here is a shot at it;
In the early 1800's, many countries in Europe adopted the Latin standard for silver coinage, which essentially fixed the value of each currency to a set ammount of gold or silver, and by extention, set exchange rates with each other. This evolved into the gold standard for currencies that was in place until 1933.

There is nothing known as the term "international currency". You can add more info to your question as to what exctly you are referring to.
