No, surprisingly, I actually think the Nuggets or Warriors have a shot at the Western Finals, after both of them did big trades.

I think that in the end it will come down to Phoenix and Dallas. Right now the Spurs aren't playing the way they used to when they were championship contenders. The other night, they just couldn't get any offensive rythm. But they still have a chance. As you may know, it's defense that wins championships. And San Antonio is one of the top defensive teams in the league. However, I feel that their time is passing because many of their players are getting older. And I think that the fast paced Suns would out gun the Spurs. And Dallas has proven they can beat the Spurs also. The window for a championship in San Antonio is closing. I think this may be their last year at a shot at getting a title. They have chance, but a slim one with so many good teams in the west.

Everyone has a chance. Don't forget about the big equalizer. Injuries. There have been so many injuries, that anything could happen. If Nash's back acts up and he needs rest, if Timmyd's foot flares up again, if Dirk twists an ankle, etc....you only need to look at the injuries so far this season...yao, rashard lewis, chris paul, lamar odom, chris bosh, and soooooooo many more...so nothing is inevitable. Spurs just have to go out and win games and not worry about what anyone else is doing...which is, I'm sure exactly what they are trying to do.
if you're interested, here is a link to all the injuries right now in the NBA.

Not only would I say San Antonio has a Chance I might even favor them over Phoenix. San Antonio doesnt seem to get serious until after the All Star break.

Injuries are the KEY factor remember manu has been hurt. The Spurs when Healthy ae better than Dallas and phoenix.
They took dallas to seven games without a healthy tim duncan and manu.
When those guys are healthy they are still the best team in the west.
Don't sleep on the Spurs they are still the team to beat. Best Defensive team in the west period.

At this point, it looks that way. Never count out the Spurs though. They have one of the best starting fives in the league, and also one of the best coaches in Greg Popovich. I think they'll be right in the thick of things come playoff time.

I'd say it's between the 3. It all depends on how they end up being seeded for the playoffs.
