I'd have to say it depends on the day, but usually Paula. Read more to find out why.
While Simon sometimes gives constructive criticism, often he just criticizes the way people look, and I hate that. The other night when he made fun of that guy's eyes, that was just downright mean!
Randy is mixed. Sometimes he's pretty good, but other times I think he just doesn't like some styles of music.
Paula tries to be nice, but the best thing about her is that she recognizes talent, even if the style might not appeal to her. This is why she's my favorite judge overall. That doesn't mean she's perfect. Just better.

Simon. He's honest. He's straight to the point. He tells you what you need to hear. Sometimes, it ain't pretty but its what makes you strive harder. He's hard to please so great things that come from Simon hit the idols a lot. You'll surely feel like a star. They care about what he thinks more than Paula and Randy.

Simon hands down. Randy is cool but he is always talking about the people he has worked with and paula is just a drunk, druged up whore! LOL! Simon is the only honest one in the bunch!

Personally, I like Randy, just because he seems like the most fun of the three, but he also manages to be honest and speak his mind without being offensive (most of the time). He seems like the most balanced of the three judges (not a total flake, but not a total jerk, either).

Simon is the best cause he's the only one who is honest. Without him, the other two wouldn't be able to pick a winner.

Simon, hands down. He is the most contreversal but also the most fun. You speak your mind and you are going to get flack. I agree with him 90 percent of the time.
