So i had my Ipod nana (8gb) plugged into my comp and it showed the battery charging and still had the song I was playing before I plugged in on the monitor. It didnt have the "do not disconnect" sign flashing so I disconnected it and its froze what do i do?

hold "menu" and the middle button on the click wheel for about 5 seconds. if it asks you to reformat the ipod, say yes. This is the only way to unfreeze an ipod, but all your songs will be lost and you'll have to sync it to itunes again.

do you have a warranty? call(contact) Apple and get them to fix or replace it
