The difference is - you are aware they need help. So, does it really matter why we help? other, than we help. Knowing that someone who knows I need help irregardless of what I am aware of - just helps me, because all of us are blind in one way or another. Hence, we are here to serve, as it only serves ourselves, family, friends and more...

We are all here to worship God. Helping others and bettering ourselves are just acts of worship. But yet you refuse knowledge.
