Can you get symptoms of pregnancy five or six days after having sex? I've got a lot of brown discharge, and i'm really thirsty for all of today. Am I imagining things?

Possible but unlikely. Could be something, could be nothing, could all be in your head... unfortuneately you'll just have to wait a couple of weeks and then take a test to know for sure.

Brown discharge could be an infection of old blood like you get at the end of your period, a more darskish blood colour???

It takes over 7 days for the blood to implant properly, you normally don't feel symptoms until 3, to 4 to 5 weeks dependinig on the woman.

Go get a STD test, and some blood tests taken with you doctor to check for any infections, pregnancy or other possible problems

Best of luck

Wow, brown discharge isn't really a symptom of pregnancy, you should get that checked out. As for you being thirsty, I would say it's more in your head honestly because it's so soon. Do you want to be pregnant? Your mind has control on your "symptoms" sometimes more than you think! Good luck to you though, I hope the outcome is what you want! :)

doesn't sound like any pregnancy symptoms I've ever heard of...Brown discharge sounds like it could be an infection...of what type I don't know but I'd get in to see a doctor soon.

It takes 7-10 days for the egg to implant, unless you had sex a little earlier and got pregnant then. Also your ovulation might be off. Some women spot when they are ovulating.

Brown discharge ...like dry blood.. you could be getting ready to get you period.
Give it a few days then see a Doctor.

Yeah you can, but it's probably in your head. Being thirsty is not a sign of pregnancy.

Your best bet would be to make an appointment to see your gynocologyst. Brown discharge isn't normal, and if you suspect you may be pregnant, they can give you a blood test (will be more likely to detect your pregnancy than an over the counter urine test). Good luck to you either way.
