From Ayala MRT, ride MRT to Taft Station, then transfer to LRT, then go down at LRT Vito Cruz.

In detail:
From Ayala MRT, you will pass Magallanes station and next stop is Taft.
From Edsa Extension LRT, you will pass Libertad and Gil Puyat stations, next stop is Vito Cruz.

Board the MRT train in Ayala going to Pasay. Disembark at the Taft station. From there it's a short walk to the Manila LRT Yellow Line (LRT-1) EDSA station. (If you're facing Manila Bay, the EDSA station is to your right.) Board the LRT train going to Monumento. You will pass the terminals of Libertad and Sen. Gil Puyat before you arrive at the Vito Cruz station in Malate.
