Whats a cheeseburger crotch?

No. It's possible that he is referring to the shape of certain parts that bears a resemblance to a hamburger (including bun) turned on its side. It's not the most romantic of things to talk about, but if he said it, he may not be the most romantic of guys either.
On the other hand, maybe he did mean it as an insult. If so, for insulting your crotch, you have the right to withhold sex from him for as long as necessary to whip him back into submission or solicit an apology from him. You are also entitled to come up with other strange food names for his crotch.
