i understand that a "happy ending" (i.e. HJ) constitutes a sex act and therefore is illegal.

but what if during the course of a massage, the masseuse simply touches the private parts as part of the massage. not an actual HJ, but just touches brushes her fingers along them? is that illegal?

what if she never actually touches your private parts, but she clearly sees them because you are nude during the massage? is that illegal? could that constitute a "sex act"

Only a sex act if you have to pay more, or it was clearly implied up front otherwise give us the name of the massuse, and we will all go for massages with accidental brushing of fingers along

There is a lot of difference between a real massage and sex acts portrayed as a massage. In a regular massage by a trained professional, you are typically nude, but do have a towel over your butt and pubic area, there is nothing to massage here so there is no reason any massusse would be accidently even touching that area.

That's a really good question, actually. I can relate to it a lot. I've been in several situations where I wanted to do it on my own but after months of futile attempts, I finally gave up and called upon my mother, literally, for help. My mom is very supportive and always eager to help, so I know in the back of my mind I can always go to her. That's been a blessing sometimes and a curse sometimes. I'm 25, so I've had 8 adult years to learn how to handle things on my own without falling back on my parents. I'm getting better at it. At this point, I've pretty much decided I'm not going back to my parents for help unless my only alternative is homelessness or death.
