How to add folder icon to the blackberry home screen?

Question

I have a blackberry 8700c, I want to create a home screen icon that takes me directly to the SMS Inbox folder, or to a specific folder from my exchange mailbox, how do I do that?

I found out that pressing alt with the wheel lets me move or delete an existing icon from the homescreen, but how do I add an entirely new one ?

I would contact the Manufacture, They would know how to do it all.

i provided the Blackberry Curve this weekend. and that i like it already. have not even had it for a week yet. it is battery life is effectual and that i don't even ought to bypass online to examine my digital mail. i like it.
