In The Sims game for PC do the children grow up and if they do how long does it take?

If you have the original Sims, they will NEVER grow up, no matter how many expansion packs you have. Baby to child is all you get.
If you have Sims 2, look on the bottom left of the screen and you will see some silhouettes (kindof a shadow shape) of different sim ages (toddler, child, teenager, adult, etc.) put the mouse over the bar that is just below it and don't move for a second or two. A small "window" should appear until you move the mouse that says how many days until they will grow up. Hope this has helped!

In the original Sims, the children do not grow up. In The Sims 2, the children to grow but it depends on many different things as to how long it will take for them to grow.

finding after a toddler on sims a million is extra durable than sims 2 i chanced on. that's approximately 3 days yet your sims would be knackered. circulate the crib around the homestead so that's closer to your sims al the time to maintain them working around the homestead utilising up effective time

Yes they do. I am not sure the exact days, but I think its around 15-20 days, and if you have them drink the elixir of life, each drink will add 3-5 days to their life. Just have them study hard and play and you will be fine, they will be teens and you can work them to get money. Have Fun!

nope they don't. I see them as more of an expensive in the game than anything. If they study, and keep their grades up in school their grand parents will give them money. Other than that they take your money in the game really.
