Go to school. The teacher will teach you. Buy the way, if you cannt read and write, how can you ask question on Yahoo! Answers?

You seem to be doing fine right now. Your sentences have proper structure and spelling, although the second ends on kind of a strange note. You could have left off the word 'how' and it would have been a better sentence. But anyway...

If you seriously need to learn how to read and write Americanized English, or really any language, enroll in a class. There are courses available over the internet from a variety of schools all over the world. Having a knowledgable instructor is the best way to go, because the instructor should know the best, fastest, and most thorough ways to teach you.
