He's pushing to hard. Try lectric shave before and go slow and soft.

his face is inflamed after shaving beacause of the damage to the skin.
The rasor may irritate the skin causing the red inflamed colour.
Try something with eucalyptus oil or just a soothing aftershave cream.

It's called "razor burn" and you don't need sunscreen you need some shaving lotion, which you can get at a drug store.
