Click on tools>popup blocker>turn off popup blocker. Hope that works.

You have Yahoo pop-up-blocker. What you have to do is either allow pop-ups or just hold the Control (Ctrl) button while you are opening the page and it should work.

Go into your security settings and loosen them up.
