I am really scared about going to school tomorrow so I need to fake-sick so my parents will let me stay home, because I told them why I don't want to go but they just told me I had to go. How can I make myself throw up before I go to school?

I really can't be a mature adult when you have people laughing at you and going EWWWW, and actually throwing things (like BOOKS for an example) at you.

Pretending to be sick isn't the answer, cos you can't be sick every day. Is there a counsellor at school you can talk to or maybe your teacher? Your school should have a policy against bullying, you need to find out what it is and try talking to your parents again.

I feel bad for you but I wouldnt fake an illness, You need to ignore the low lifes that are being cruel to you. Go to school do your work and make good grades these people that are picking on you will probably end up trailer park trash or behind bars while you end up beautiful and successful. I delt with the same thing you did and guess what all the people that use to pick on me are a bunch of low life adults now and Ill see them every once in awhile and I think to my self I use to go home crying over you what was I thinking!!!! Stay strong little lady what comes around goes around!!!

I have been in the exact same boat. I unfortunately got my GED. DO NOT do that finish school. I know kids can be f*****g jerks. But just keep in mind they are no better than you and you are actually better than them because you don't stoop to their level. NEVER ever allow people to make you physically harm yourself, because if you keep making yourself throw up it will lead to physical conditions. Be up front with your parents and if they shrug it off talk to someone else you trust. Don't let kids that will grow up and pitiful lives ruin yours. Remember at the end of the day you have to take care of you those kids won't do it. Please research and find good sites on school bullying you can't let them get you down. I know you hear this constantly , GET over it, but i know it is not that easy. You allow yourself to feel that way you don't have to. Shrug it off after a while when they see it doesn't effect you they will stop i promise. And honey if they are throwing books at you call the police on there as because that is physical harassment. I am just giving advice but you feel they will harm you physically or have you need to tell some authority. Don't quit school, tuff it up until you get out cause believe me you will regret it everyday if you quit. Stay strong don't let other kids ruin your chance at a good life. Because when you get a good life and education you can look back and see how they are living and be proud you made something of your self instead of letting selfish jealous kids ruin your live. They just do it to make there selves feel better.

Honestly, I was scared shitless to go to school after I had reported these two guys for sexually harrassing me and touching me to a teacher. I really didn't want to go to school and I dreaded it, but I went anyways. I was such a nervous wreck, I thought I was gonna get shot or something.

Nothing happened though. More than likely, you'll be perfectly fine, the best thing you can do is tell a teacher or an adult you trust, what's going on so they can keep these people under their thumbs. However D<
If you're skipping for a test or something all I can say is that's cowardly.

Why are people laughing at you? Perhaps you could work on that issue rather than forcing yourself to throw up?

If people are throwing books at you, it is the schools responsibility to make it stop. You need to speak with your parents about why you don't want to go to school, as well as your teacher and principal (its spelled like "pal" for a reason! lol).

You already told your parents you don't want to go to school. They're smart enough to figure out you are faking. If you truly don't want to go, honesty is the best policy.

Why are you so scared about going to school honey?
Is it a test you don't feel prepared for? Well what's the worst that can happen, you'll fail, that's not the end of the world, even if you feel like it could be just now.
Are you being bullied? If that's the case and your parents are taking it serious go to your teacher. Nobody needs to put up with being treated like that.
Have you not done some homework? even that's not the end of the world.
surely it's not really that scary. Be brave, you'll be OK

I'm guessing it's either because of bullying or the midterms. If you're being bullied and the bullies threatened to hurt you really badly, it's just empty threats. But if you're really scared about it, just hang around or pretend to hang out with a group of people. you could even explain it to them, and they'll probably be sympathetic. There may be one or two people who at first will go "Haha, _______'s getting bullied!" but they'll grow up after they see even one other person in their clique accepting you. It's like a sport against another team. You have to find that team's 'weak player' and send everything to him/her or make sure that he/she gets the ball or w/e else from the other team. It's the same in the group. There's going to be at least one person who seems more open, and that most people like or look up to. just make that one kid say "Yeah, guys. She's OK.", and the bully/bullies won't mess with you even if they meant it.
If it's because of midterms, don't worry. just study what you're sure you don't know right before class or in the time between classes, and it'll be easy. My teachers said it was going to be hard. I studied my science stuff for about 5 minutes between class, guessed on one or two answers, and got a 69 out of 70, or 98 percent. same with my other classes. I was sure I'd do bad, but I just dedicated myself to it for a short time, and I'm good now.
But whatever you do, just DON'T THROW UP! I'm not even sure there's any way besides naturally and some sort of surgery to do it without touching your uvula(the thing in your throat that starts the gag reflex,) and it burns the whole inside of your mouth with stomach acid, even if you clean it. You can also get dehydrated and possibly faint or even die(sad and scary but true. It's happened to too many people to ignore.) If whatever you're dealing with is really bugging you, you could see the school counseler. they should have a policy where they don't tell, and you could ask them to say you had to go to the office instead if you're embarrassed to do it. I really hoped this helped, and if you need more help, just email me for my AIM sn, and I'll try 2 get back as soon as I can.

The real question here is, why are you afraid to go to school? Rather than fake sick, which puts your problem on hold and doesn't make it disappear, you need to go to school and face your fear. If it isn't something you feel you can handle yourself, talk to a counselor or some other trusted adult. Faking sick will only magnify your problems.

Seriously, listen to what everyone else has said. Being 'sick' for that one day is not going to make your problems go away. Talking to someone about it might though.

However, I know what it's like to want just one day off to recuperate. Instead of real throw-up, try making some yourself. Get some left overs (ground meat is good) and some chunky soup and dump it in your toilet. But don't over-do it, and don't get caught making it.

Sorry, I don't mean to be a bad influence, but at least I answered your question.

Best of luck.

I don't think making yourself sick is the best way of dealing with your problems. It could actually led to more problems. If your parents won't listen, talk to a teacher or your school principal. Life isn't fair and it's not always fun, there are kids in school and people in life that will treat you badly, don't let it get to you. Hold your head up high, don't listen to those kids and be strong. Good luck!
