Broken 7th & 8th vertabrae in my neck from my car wreck in March 2006. Had to wear a halo and have bone fusions for 6 months. I'm lucky to still be alive and not paralyzed today. God was watching over me.

I was training a previously abused horse when it bolted. I ended up being tossed at a full gallop and broke my pelvis. Ouch. The problem with the whole thing was, I have a high pain tolerance and the doctor made me stand up to get undressed. Because I wasn't screaming in pain, he thought I was down playing my pain. I did very slowly get undressed and into the gown. When the x-rays came back he was extremely sheepish. He let me overhear him speaking with my doctor...I guess it was his way of apologizing, telling him I wouldn't be going anywhere for a while, not even getting up to move around. I still get pain in legs and hips now. I did get back on the horse though. Gotta face your fears.

I tore my esophagus on the inside and bled out while walking around and didn't know it until I got sick and experienced a scene out of 28 days with blood everywhere. I was in the hospital for 3 days and had two pints of blood but my hemacrit count was still at 11 when I left, it got as low as 7 which is realllly low. Watch out for shellfish in pasta sauce, it's a killer. Something so stupid can be so dangerous.

When I was 7, I purposely pressed my shin against a motorcycle exhaust pipe right after my cousin got off, got a massive 3rd degree burn. And recently, I was running up the stairs, I tripped, and hit my head on the edge of the step which was metal. Got a huge boil/bruise, and I know for a fact I now have bad memory and my IQ has dropped significantly.

A broken Heart. My 13 yr. Old son just decided to up and leave me and live with his deadbeat dad that wasn't in his life for 10 yrs. It was the biggest slap in the face and jab of the knife in the back I ever felt in my life. To boot, my mom is not helping out with the situation because I believe she is my step mom and Satan is her father.
