I would say Elvis at first. But when thinking about it... Michael Jackson is much more entertaining if you know what I mean? His musical talent and ability to create a whole new style of music, and provoke a whole generation of parent was amazing. But Michael Jackson brings the people juicy stories all the time... Come on... Give the guy some credit? I reckon it must be hard, being so weird, molesting AND entertaining all the time...
But I would say, that Elvis is by far a better artist...

Elvis Presley is & always will be the king of "Rock" Michael Jackson dosn't even come close to Elvis, although he is a very good singer. But he could never be anywhere near as good as Elvis. 31 years later Elvis is as popular as ever. He is the King.

that is demanding to study because they both had their separate genres and they both broke classic benchmarks for success. Elvis became the only to interrupt the code for rock and roll and Michael became a newborn phenomena/musical genius that went on to create video masterpieces with both stimulating music. See each for his or her triumphs and get exhilaration from their skills. besides those 2 there have been others who died to early for us to even understand their means.

Michael Jackson ofcourse. he sings and dances at the same time. he writes most of his own lyrics and even guitar tabs and vocals. he directs and produces many of his own Music videos.
750 million albums sold. more than 350 concerts. more than 300 million to charities.
He is the King(of pop).

elvis was a good performer but i don't think that he was all that great a musician. i studied some of his songs in my musicology class and he never wrote his own stuff, he stole it from other, better people.
michael jackson is a good performer too, but he also wrote all of his best-known songs so i'd have to say that he is better.
