ermm. its kinda hard to explain. nvm, i'll explain. u get into a place where there is 3 VISIBLE portals. this place can be reached from a invisible portal. Like those that lead u to hidden streets. then go to the leftmost part of the map and u will see a hole or something. then go thru it and u can see mr kim. he will gif u 7500 mesos. I dun think it is worthwhile unless u are high-lvled and can kill a maceaton or a delta gray within a few hits.

Dr. Kim is inside of the control tower in Omega Sector.
To get there:
-Walk to the left until you see on the mini-map a small platform with a green dot. The green dot is the commander, who has two or three quests for you. Once you see it, climb the ladder and enter the portal. Inside, walk over to the left and enter the door there. And there you are, Dr. Kim!
