You're thinking of Summer Nights, but the actual title song (the part during the cartoon) is called Grease by Franki Valli. I'm an idiot, I read the question wrong. I thought you wanted the title song.

THAT'S NOT THE TITLE SONG FROM THE MOVIE GREASE. THAT IS SUMMER NIGHTS.
THE TITLE SONG WAS SUNG BY FRANKIE VALLI OF THE 4 SEASONS FAME AND WAS SIMPLY TITLED GREASE. "GREASE IS THE WORD"
