My wife has done nothing but blame me for our split, now I find out that she has been having an affair with her boss. I decided to inform her boss's wife of the affair, now she has retaliated by taking out a summons for domestic violence on me even though none has occurred. My world is turning upside down. She did nothing but profess her love for me last weekend, now I get this. Please help!!!

Find yourself a good lawyer and try to retain sworn affidavits of your good behavior. This is already messy. Just prepare yourself. Good luck. Maybe you guys should get a divorce... I'm not feeling the love anymore.

Whoa. Sorry to hear about that, seriously. The only thing I can tell you is that if there was no domestic issue, hopefully the court will see that. Get a good lawyer and explain to him that she's doing this in retaliation. I'm sure it's not the first time something like this has happened. If you were with her last weekend, try to provide some proof of that and that you two did not get into a physical fight. Also tell the court you found out about her affair (believe it or not, the courts don't like that) and informed her boss's wife. Get the wife to verify your story. It's basically going to be 'he said she said' so your odds of this being dropped are pretty good. Just be sure to write all the facts down and get witnesses when possible. Good luck! File for divorce and call it quites!! Run for the hills and don't look back. She is just looking for a way to get you back for getting her lover in trouble. Stay away from her until you can get a divorce it will work in you favor. Don't meet her for any reason or go to her house without someone with you. Good Luck

she the one that caught that why she upset, you told the wife
about the affair and she feel that you were wrong to do that
but you did the right thing, and for the split, time to move on
and get our life back in order, she the one that has some
isues that she need to work out not you. she made the bed
now she has to laid in it. but keep your head up and not
let this stress you out,

It's an old cliche, but experience has taught me that it's true:"Once a cheater, always a cheater".
Cut your losses and get out. You don't cheat on someone that you "love".
