Justin didn't leave Cameron for Scarlett that was just a rumour. The age difference and also Cameron wanting to put off having kids and further her career was a big factor in the breakup of The Couple.

Personally I find Scarlett waaay hotter than Cameron, but that could be just a red head thing and the plaid skirt/outfit from perfect score.
As far as what does Scarlett have that Cameron Diaz doesn't?

Scarlett Johansson genuinely. Shes way prettier than Cameron Diaz. Cameron is nice. Scarlett has those pouty bee-stung lips and attractive Marilyn Monroe previous Hollywood glamour element happening. Shes attractive. Cameron is greater boyish and athletic

More Curvy Body, Prettier Face,he's around the same age as him while Cam was alot older. Cameron doesn't want kids and both Scarlet and Justin do.I like Cameron but Scarlet is more better for Justin hands down.

If you're talking about physically - look from BEHIND. It becomes more clear then. Personality-wise I don't know. She seems kind of boring & Cameron seems like a lot of fun. Someone I would like to hang out with.
