They should include, no underwear no service cuz I was at a Jimboy's Taco's once and this dude walked in with tight jeans on and no underwear and you could see his dingdong on his leg. I had to be like 14 too. Disgusting I couldn't eat anymore.

Often I do not wear pants, but just skirts or dresses. In restaurants they still serve me.

Only if they were stil wearing a shirt and shoes. For some reason though they don't like naked clowns, sheesh - I hate discrimination.

no..it basically means if you aren't dressed correctly don't bother.. just a nice way to saying stay out ..if you are not completely dressed..
