OK...my wife is 11 or 12 weeks pregnant, and we already had a ultra sound , but today she informs me the she bled, not necessarily a lot, and she didnt say it was spotting either...so im kinda concerned, and we also had an abortion about a year ago. Should i be worried?

I little bleeding is okay. It's very rare, but someone have their periods throughout their pregnancy. I would definately call her OB/GYN just to be sure though.

First of all, you need to find out how heavily she is bleeding. Some women spot while they are pregnant. She should go see the doctor to have it checked out. Until she does, you won't really know if you should be concerned or not.

There are some times blood trapped inside, and when the baby moves to a certain position it releases it. Some times I said. But it doesn't hurt for you to take her to her doc and make sure everything is ok. Like the saying goes...Better safe then sorry!!

yes. You should go to the ER now! She could be ok, or put on bedrest.. either way, bleeding is not good. She should not bleed a drop until labour

A small amount of bleeding is ok in the first trimester, as long as she's not in pain. If she's not worried, then you shouldn't be either.

Did she tell her doctor about the bleeding?

some people do that. i don't think it should be alarming. but ask a physician just in case

SOME BLEEDING IS NORMAL. HOWEVER ANY BLEEDING SHOULD BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY. PLEASE SEEK THE ADVICE OF YOUR DOCTOR!!
