olive oil.

So far I have variables: temperature, mass and energy
and procedure:
Put .1kg of milk and .1KG of olive oil into 2 glasses. To measure mass ill use electronic scale and subtract mass of the beaker to find mass of substance pored.
- Oil and milk will be at room tempereature (20 degree celsius) by using bunsen burner and messuring temperture through thermometer.
I also have equation
q=mc delta T. Where q is heat.
Please help me finish!

You need to know the amount of heat being added which you really can't determine using a Bunsen burner. Instead warm each with the same amount of heat, like a fixed amount of boiling water, to see which has a greater temp increase.
