Good questions! Did you know that there are places in Texas where Al quada actually are paying the MEXICAN gangs who come across the boarder to infiltrate the US?? From what I understand this has become a big problem down there.
From the article: "U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement investigations have revealed that aliens were smuggled from the Middle East to staging areas in Central and South America, before being smuggled illegally into the United States.
Members of Hezbollah have already entered the United States across the Southwest border."
To me, this gives one more nail in the casket to prove that the Iraq war was nothing except for OIL!
I am all for LEGAL immigrants, but ILLEGAL aliens should be shipped out PERIOD! Believe it or not, I am very much a Democrat, but I believe that a person should protect their home from invasion.

Not enough voters are writing to their congresspersons. Maybe we need to shout the message louder. Hey why don't we have an America day out to protest the illegals. Maybe the law makers would get the message. Everybody marching on the capital burning the Mexican Flag!!

The Bush administration has been clueless when it comes to the border and the latest event with the imprisoning of these two CBP agents proves it.
I personally feel that the administration is completely out of touch with America on this subject.

Because Bush is friendlier to business interests that exploit illegal labor than he is to the xenophobic right-wingers who believe America should remain lilly-white.

No matter how big their flag lapel pins get, a Republican will always choose money over the national interest.

I agree. I'll never understand why Bush took on this amnesty crap as policy. Why doesn't he close the damn borders, I'll never know.

I think both parties can share the blame on this one. No one wants to tackle to issue seriously cause they are all potential voters jumping the fence.
