Don't dream, USA will never give jobs to third world countries people like Indian. They can only sell their goods to other country and if they don't like bomb it.

Very simple. Contact the US Embassy, Mission or section in your country. Had you mentioned what country you are in I could have provided you with an address, phone number and perhaps an e-mail contact.
