Antique spoons with M.A.R. intials?

Does anyone know about any antique spoons with the initials M.A.R. ? I've looked everywhere about antique spoons and there are nothing that shows me who M.A.R. could possibly be. I have a spoon with unique engravings that has 1891 in the front and M.A.R. engraved on the back. Any help would be appreciated.

M.A.R. probably was the bride who owned the spoon.
