I assume you're asking for the best method of birth control rather than actually asking ways to avoid pregnancy. Contraception and abstinence are the two logical answers but contraception is probably what you're enquiring about.
If you are breastfeeding you will not be able to take a regular full dose oral contraceptive pill but there is a mini-pill which is available and safe for breastfeeding mothers. You just have to be sure to take it at the same time each day or you may still become pregnant. All of the other barrier methods (eg. condom, diaphragm) would be quite safe if you are nursing your child.
If you are not breastfeeding your child you can use whatever contraception you wish.
Maybe you could make an appointment with your GP or family planning clinic (or relevant organisation depending on your country) to discuss contraception options.

It depends. If you are talking about avoid pregnancy for the time being, you should go on the birth control pill. If you are talking about permanently you can have your tubes tide. But I do not recommend that to anybody under 30.

Try using Natural birth control by avoiding sex on your fertile days.

This is easy. Don't have unprotected sex, get some kind of birth control aka the pill, use condoms, if you dont want any other kids get your tubes tied.

Avoid the days 11Th to 16th for a regular menstrual cycle. compute for the irregular cycle.Use artificial methods by partner if he can.

HAHAHA well obviously DON'T have unprotected sex. if you really want to ensure no chance of pregnancy, use condoms everytime, even if you're on birth control.

If it is birth control,the best way is "natural".That is, only involve in intercourses after & before eight days of periods.Rest eight days take rest.
