The issue is, that we are all from one ancestory line or another. An idiot is the person that has the problem with it. People don't need to be categorized into races. People come in all shapes & sizes, and different colors and backgrounds. Everyone is different, everyone is unique and should not be judged by their skin color, as you will find out when you GROW up. Until then, look for the "good" and the kindness of people, instead of the mean thing you said about their parents making a "bad choice". Try to be kinder to others, to have a friend, you have to be a friend.

First of all, what do you mean "their parents made a bad choice", why is that? Because they feel in love with someone of any other race and wanted to start a family? I take offense to that being as though my daughter is of "mixed" race. She is Hispanic and black, but her father and I are teaching her about BOTH of her races, she will be taught to embrace both of them. If the parents are raising their children to be strong and give them the confidence they need at home, the "idiots" telling them they are mixed won't bother them.

I'm kind of mixed. there's no "choice" to choose from, you are what you are. And the parents didn't make a bad choice, they were in love and made love like people in love do, no problem with that. And we are whole. "Whole" doesn't mean you are 100% one race. And just about everyone, even you, have a little bit of DNA from another race you probably don't know about. So from your point of you, your not :"whole" either.

what?!? who said they can't be either race?! wait...ok, if you are mixed, it's easier to say you are mixed. that entitles you to hold the titles of both or all races that you are. when i'm asked what nationality i am, i say i'm half salvadoran, half irish-american. i don't go around saying i'm mixed. you don't HAVE to say you're mixed, either. sh!t, just tell people what you are. that's all there is to it! if anyone is telling you to call yourself mixed and nothing else, they're complete idiots. just ignore them, try not to suffer from too many identity issues, and don't feel you have to post a question on yahoo. i think you can figure it out on your own.

You're not 100% pure race yourself. The only bad choice made here is you learning to somewhat type on a computer and post here. Your logic (using that word very loosely) is disgusting.

well, it doesn't seem right to really deny that one of your parents was whatever race they were and only pick the other. you're both, period. there's nothing wrong and no 'bad choice' made.
