Hi I just started as a property agent.
Anyone can advise me how to search for tenants and landlords as most of them seem to already have their own property agent...
Appreciate advice on anything about property matters too.
Thanks

As a new agent in the market, I believe you should advertise for yourself. The next important thing is that you have to be familiar with the rules and regulations related to your field. If you can handle your deal in a diffcult situation and where all parties are happy, people will advertise for you free by spreading around that you are a good agent.

you will prob ought to serve an eviction word which often supplies the tenant 6 weeks to discover someplace else interior the interim make an appt with a solicitor if he nonetheless hasnt moved whilst the 6 weeks are up you will ought to get a courtroom order to do away with him thats whilst the heavies bypass around and kick him out. The regulation states that a landlord doesnt ought to provide a rationalization for eviction anymore its purely a protracted technique uncertain on the subject of the letting agent tho not as much as lots are they!

Firstly, you should have an apartment building of your own. Pull the county listing of apartment buildings in the area you are willing to service and let the owners know what you can offer them. Chances are, they already have someone. So you need to be attractive to them. Find out what other agents are charging and undercut them. Another 'feature' you can offer is bill paying, monthly statements... everything. Many only coordinate repairs and filling vacancies.
