Just a rip off or the usual lottery scam. THINK. Why would you need to send off money to pay for fees, if you have won a million pounds. But some people are so greedy they will actually do this and never hear from the scammers again.

There are women on the internet, who after a couple of letters fall in love with you. Then if you will send them money for airfare they will come to see you. Or they say they will pay their own way, but at the last moment they need $500 to show that that they are not broke. Then the infamous Nigerian scam, where they write you that through prayer they have found your name, and they have 10,000,000 pounds hidden when their rich uncle or general was killed. But they are poor and need YOUR bank account number, and maybe identity to transfer money to your account. Of course when you do, your money will disappear.

If this was for real, I would have been a billionaire by now. LOL

No, but this is a total scam..they want you to pay the money and as you wait for the rest, they take off. C'mon this scam was all over the news a few years ago (60 minutes, CBS etc.) Western Union has no trace of where the money go becasue it's just like cash. Once they get your money you wont ever hear from them again, no traces and just a clean rip from you. This scam is similar to the person who was claiming to have a million dollars in assets locked in the virgin islands left by family members and needs 1500 to release it in which they need you to give and they split with you.

WARNING. Send your money and you will feel stupid while the person takes off and leave you scratching your head.

I attached a link to a person who was busted off a similar scam....
